Eye catching with all of those colors. But, that "slightly modified" in the description makes me suspicious. With all of the motion blur in the trees and clouds, and the way there's no yellow in the water, none of the lights from the lanterns or building, the lack of ripples... It made me think that the reflection was actually a duplicate of the image above the central line, with much of the bottom cropped off, flipped vertically, then with a brush tool to create the black at the new bottom... If that isn't so, I apologize and blame the blur and the use of the line in the description.
Either way, the artificial lights in the backround should be cloned away, IMO. As I kind of mentioned before, there's the motion blur- a shorter shutter speed should have been used to get the sharpness in the clouds and leaves- even though it would make the picture darker, that can be repaired in PS, but you can't create sharpness unless you basically redraw the entire photo. It's a bit dark as it is, mostly at the bottom of the picture. But you've already heard my theory about that... ^_^

Wow, that is a great one. Kudos!
Though the refelction is usually about 2 stops darker, if you wanted it to look a little more realistic.
Anyways, still love it either way.
